(Looking for and optimizing the RIE-Etching Process, after that produce of the Polymer-Pattern with the Si-Master, Controlling the dimension of the Si-Master mit REM and make the stress tolerance Test for those Polymer-Pattern. Those results had been used for the research in Micro-contact-printing technology and also used to produce the different stemper for the company.)
